Welcome to Serenity Roofing Solutions. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all roofing, siding, gutter, and restoration services provided by Serenity Roofing Solutions.
2. Workmanship and Warranties
Serenity Roofing Solutions prides itself on high-quality materials and professional installation. We offer the following guarantees:
- 15-Year Workmanship Warranty: All complete roof replacements come with our own 15-year workmanship warranty on leak-free installations. This covers labor and installation defects but does not cover acts of God, severe weather events beyond material ratings, or unauthorized alterations to the roof.
- Manufacturer Warranties: As an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, we offer manufacturer warranties, including up to 50 years of non-prorated Tru PROtection® coverage, subject to the manufacturer's specific terms and conditions.
3. Services and Estimates
All estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen structural issues discovered during the project.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules will be outlined in your final contract. A deposit may be required before materials are ordered and work commences. Final payment is due upon project completion and final inspection. We accept all major forms of payment and assist with insurance claims where applicable.
5. Liability
While Serenity Roofing Solutions takes every precaution to protect your property during construction, we are not liable for pre-existing structural issues or minor vibrations that may affect interior wall hangings. Homeowners are advised to secure fragile items before work begins.
